FasterFreedom
Privacy Policy
Effective date and last updated: August 14, 2026
Overview and scope
This Privacy Policy explains how FasterFreedom ("FasterFreedom," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, processes, discloses, retains, and protects Personal Information when you visit this website, register for or attend a training, interact with our forms, apply for or use our products or services, seek financial prequalification, or otherwise communicate with us. "Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with an individual or household.
1. Personal Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identifiers and contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, date of birth, and other identity-verification information.
- Government-issued identifiers, including a Social Security number, only when requested and necessary to verify identity, obtain a permitted soft credit check, or provide a requested financial-prequalification service.
- Commercial and payment information, such as products or services considered or purchased, transaction records, billing details, and payment details. Payment card or bank information may be collected directly by a payment processor on our behalf.
- Financial and prequalification information, such as credit scores, credit attributes, estimated income, household income, assets, retirement or investable assets, debts, debt-to-income information, credit limits, buying power, preapproval or prequalification results, and related financial-readiness information.
- Training and profile information, such as your session selections, registration and attendance details, real estate investing experience, preferences, and form responses.
- Communications, including messages, requests, feedback, call or text preferences, and other information you choose to provide.
- Internet, device, and activity information, including browser type, device information, IP address, approximate location, time zone, pages visited, referral URL, landing page, cookies, Meta attribution values, UTM parameters, and analytics or advertising identifiers.
We collect Personal Information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from our service providers and business partners, and, when you request or authorize financial prequalification, from LeadFi, consumer reporting agencies, data providers, verification partners, and other financial-prequalification partners.
2. How we use Personal Information
We may collect and process Personal Information to:
- Register you for training and deliver access details, products, or services.
- Fulfill orders, process transactions, and administer our relationship with you.
- Verify your identity and, where requested or authorized, evaluate or help evaluate your financial readiness or prequalification for financial products through a soft credit check.
- Send confirmations, reminders, service messages, follow-up communications, marketing, and related educational information or offers.
- Respond to requests, provide support, and manage your communication preferences.
- Validate submissions, prevent fraud, secure our services, and protect legal rights.
- Measure site performance, attribution, advertising effectiveness, and user activity, and improve our training, marketing, forms, communications, and customer experience.
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
3. Financial prequalification and soft credit checks
If you request or authorize financial prequalification, we may provide your identity and contact information to Momentum Mastery LLC, doing business as LeadFi ("LeadFi"), and its verification and consumer-reporting partners. They may use that information to match you to financial data and return credit scores, credit attributes, estimated income, assets, debts, credit limits, preapproval or prequalification results, or other financial-readiness information to us. We use those results to assess financial readiness, personalize our communications or offers, route inquiries, or determine potential eligibility for products or services. Neither FasterFreedom nor LeadFi is a lender, and neither makes a lending decision or guarantees approval, funding, or any particular result.
Soft credit checks are conducted solely for legitimate business purposes in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA") and other applicable laws. A soft credit check or soft pull does not affect your credit score. We request or use consumer report information only with the authorization, consent, or other permissible purpose required by applicable law. LeadFi states that it does not store or maintain detailed credit or financial data on its servers; instead, that information flows through its systems to its verification partners.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires us to identify a legal basis, we process Personal Information based on one or more of the following: your consent; steps requested by you before entering into a contract or performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; protection of your or another person's vital interests; performance of a task in the public interest; or our legitimate interests, such as operating, securing, improving, and marketing our services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. Where consent is required for a soft credit check, sensitive Personal Information, or marketing, we will request it at or before the relevant collection or processing.
Note that under some legislations, we may be allowed to process information until you object to such processing (by opting out), without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases below. In any case, we will be happy to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Information is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract. You further understand that this is a soft pull and will not harm your credit in any way whatsoever.
5. Emails, calls, and text messages
If you register, request information, or submit your contact information, FasterFreedom may contact you by email, phone, or text message about the training, your request, and related educational information or offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages, reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts, or contact us using the information below. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or service communications.
6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, analytics scripts, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember attribution information, understand traffic, measure conversions, personalize content, and improve advertising. These technologies may be provided by analytics, webinar, advertising, automation, and social-media platforms. You may adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, although some features or attribution functions may not work as intended.
We do not sell Personal Information for money. Certain advertising, analytics, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising activities may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may opt out by using this link: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
7. How we disclose Personal Information
We may disclose Personal Information to the following categories of recipients:
- LeadFi and its consumer reporting, verification, data-enrichment, and financial partners for authorized soft credit checks, financial-data matching, prequalification, and financial-readiness insights. The consumer reporting agency or data provider involved in a particular request may be identified in the prequalification flow, the resulting report, or a legally required notice. These parties are expected to handle consumer report information in accordance with the FCRA and other applicable law.
- Service providers that help us host data, operate our site and forms, process payments, register attendees, deliver webinars, send communications, automate workflows, provide support, analyze traffic, and secure our services.
- Advertising and analytics partners that help attribute visits, registrations, and conversions or provide advertising, subject to applicable opt-out rights.
- Professional advisors, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or security.
- Successors, investors, or counterparties in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the recipient and the information. For more information about LeadFi's practices, review the LeadFi Privacy Policy.
8. Data retention
We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including training delivery, transactions, prequalification, follow-up, marketing, analytics, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, and business recordkeeping. We determine retention periods based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, legal and contractual requirements, relevant limitation periods, and operational needs. Consumer report and financial information is securely retained only as long as necessary for its intended, legally permitted purpose and is then deleted, deidentified, or otherwise securely disposed of, unless a longer period is required by law.
9. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. Safeguards may include access controls, encryption in transit or at rest where appropriate, vendor oversight, and secure disposal. Consumer report and credit-related information is transmitted, stored, accessed, and disposed of using safeguards designed to meet applicable FCRA and data-protection requirements. No transmission, storage system, website, or service provider can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to or a copy of your Personal Information; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; receive certain information in a portable format; opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of Personal Information; limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive Personal Information; and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
California residents may have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we collect, the sources and purposes of collection, and the categories of recipients; to request access, correction, or deletion; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive Personal Information; and to receive equal service and pricing when exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
Individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar rights may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, and may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing completed before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred.
To exercise a privacy right or opt out of data processing, email info@fasterfreedom.com. Please describe your request and the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Legal exceptions may apply.
11. Consumer report access and disputes
The FCRA gives consumers the right to request access to information in their consumer report and to dispute information they believe is inaccurate or incomplete. If consumer report information was used in connection with your prequalification, you may contact us for the identity and contact details of the consumer reporting agency or provider that supplied the information. You should submit a dispute directly to that consumer reporting agency and, where appropriate, to the company that supplied the disputed information. The consumer reporting agency is responsible for investigating an eligible dispute and correcting or removing information it determines is inaccurate or cannot be verified. For official instructions and a list of consumer reporting companies, visit the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. You may also contact us at info@fasterfreedom.com so we can route a question or dispute concerning information processed through our services.
12. International data transfers
FasterFreedom operates primarily in the United States, and our service providers may process Personal Information in the United States or other countries. If Personal Information protected by the GDPR is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards, such as an adequacy decision, European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognized mechanism, as required. You may contact us to request information about the applicable transfer safeguards.
13. Children's privacy
This site, our training, and financial-prequalification services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Information from a child under 18 for financial prequalification. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information through our services, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, services, or legal obligations. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy and revise the effective date and "last updated" date at the top. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. The updated version is effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
